Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unused, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To start a return, please visit your order page on our website. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Please note that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason under EU law. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is placed in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
