Processing Time Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery We ship via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times are 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@nativesole.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
